Job Description

This position's overall purpose is to be the lead finance support analyst for Strata Capital Management, managing the support mailbox. Must understand how to deploy solutions for finance (and supply chain) user issues.


This position will also act as a backup System Administrator for Strata Capital Management. Needs to have adequate Infor ERP knowledge along with knowing how to navigate both of the Strata and Infor systems in tandem, in addition to having an easily adaptable skill-set in the finance environment.

  

EDUCATION; Bachelor's Degree . Four years' exprience

  

SKILLS;

  

Must have generalized finance knowledge within a healthcare environment, along with intermediate reporting and Excel skills. Needs to be able to learn new skills when necessary as the job position is exciting yet volatile. Will manage a massive volume of user requests and issues while performing generalized System Administrator capital based functions throughout the day, Must be extremely organized, detail oriented, able to multitask, and able to work on their own without being micromanaged, while taking direction from the manager in critical areas. Must be quick thinking and creative with solutions as no day is the same as before in the environment of capital management. Must understand the basic concept and rules of capital under GAAP and Montefiore, how purchase orders function, invoicing, general ledger accounts, journal entries, and light financial reporting. Must have supply chain knowledge within a healthcare environment and understand how Accounts Payable, Procurement, and Sourcing work in relation to Financial Accounting.
