Overview  
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and restaurant management, with the ability to lead and inspire a team. As a Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious dishes, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring that all food safety standards are met. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a keen eye for detail.

Duties  
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality food preparation.  
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to foster teamwork and collaboration.  
- Develop and implement menus that reflect current culinary trends while meeting dietary needs.  
- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.  
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques.  
- Train kitchen staff on culinary techniques, food safety practices, and equipment usage.  
- Collaborate with the dietary department to accommodate special dietary requests or restrictions.  
- Monitor food presentation and quality to ensure consistency and excellence in every dish.

Qualifications  
- Proven experience in a Chef role or similar position within the culinary industry.  
- Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.  
- Excellent knowledge of food preparation techniques and restaurant management principles.  
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and best practices for inventory control.  
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in a busy kitchen environment.  
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with staff, suppliers, and guests.  
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience is preferred but not required.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
