Job Description
#### Your mission * Overall technical project management in the fields of road and foundation construction, cable construction, balance measures as well as assembly and commissioning support of OEM wind turbines * Strong EHS Acumen in all aspect related to National regulations for Manpower, Waste management with focus on German regulations * Technical support of the internal development team to C-BoP, WTG construction related matters * Operational planning, establish description of services, BOQ and tendering as well as invoicing and acceptance of the C-BoP & E-BoP construction services * Creation of project schedules * Project/construction documentation for our wind energy projects at home and abroad * Quality & Claim management * Invoice verification and acceptance with contractors * Obtaining authorizations for road, watercourse, and pipeline crossings * Construction supervision / advisory * Intensive contact with national and international partners and customers \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ * Technische Gesamtprojektleitung in den Bereichen Straßen- und Fundamentbau, Kabelbau, Ausgleichsmaßnahmen sowie Montage- und Inbetriebnahmeunterstützung von OEM-Windenergieanlagen * Ausgeprägter EHS-Fachverstand in allen Aspekten der nationalen Vorschriften für Personal und Abfallmanagement mit Schwerpunkt auf den deutschen Vorschriften * Technische Unterstützung des internen Entwicklungsteams bei C-BoP und WEA Bau - umsetzungsrelevanten Fragen * Technische Planung, Erstellung von Leistungsbeschreibungen, BOQ und Ausschreibung sowie Abrechnung und Abnahme der C-BoP & E-BoP Bauleistungen * Erstellung von Projektzeitplänen * Projekt-/Baudokumentation für unsere Windenergieprojekte im In- und Ausland * Qualitäts- und Schadensmanagement * Rechnungsprüfung und -annahme mit Auftragnehmern * Einholung von Genehmigungen für die Querung von Straßen, Gewässern und Pipelines * Bauüberwachung / Beratung * Intensiver Kontakt zu nationalen und internationalen Partnern und Kunden #### Your profile * 10+ years experience in leading C-BoP & E-BoP constructions of onshore wind projects * Completed studies in the field of civil engineering or further training as a state-certified civil engineer * PM / Site manager experience on onshore wind construction projects within Germany * Expertise in Project planning, forecasting, risk assessments, budget generation * Knowledge of foundation engineering and soil mechanics * Civil engineering / specialized civil engineering knowledge in reinforced concrete foundation construction * Experience in the use of geosynthetics in road/path construction * Knowledge of VOB / A-C and the relevant DIN regulations and codes of practice * Good knowledge of MS Office and MS Project, ORCA-AVA,CAD * SiGeKo according to RAB 30 Appendix B and C desirable * Knowledge in the processing of building application procedures * Good knowledge of German – Language skills – Min level C 1 \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ * Mehr als 10 Jahre Erfahrung in der Leitung von C-BoP- und E-BoP-Konstruktionen von Onshore-Windprojekten * Abgeschlossenes Studium auf dem Gebiet des Bauingenieurwesens oder Weiterbildung zum staatlich geprüften Bauingenieur * Erfahrung als PM/Bauleiter bei Onshore-Windbauprojekten in Deutschland * Fachkenntnisse in Projektplanung, Prognosen, Risikobewertung und Budgeterstellung * Kenntnisse im Grundbau und in der Bodenmechanik * Bauingenieurwesen / Spezialtiefbaukenntnisse im Stahlbetongründungsbau * Erfahrung mit der Verwendung von Geokunststoffen im Straßen- und Wegebau * Kenntnisse der VOB / A-C und der einschlägigen DIN-Vorschriften und Merkblätter * Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und MS Project, ORCA-AVA, CAD * SiGeKo nach RAB 30 Anhang B und C erwünscht * Kenntnisse in der Bearbeitung von Bauantragsverfahren * Gute Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache - Sprachkenntnisse - mindestens Niveau C 1 #### Why us? * The opportunity to work in a closely-knit team * The opportunity to join an innovative company with an exciting and fast-paced working environment and to tangibly contribute towards Europe’s energy transition targets and a zero-carbon economy * A competitive salary package * Company car as tool of trade for this role * Flexible working opportunities \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ * die Möglichkeit, in einem eng zusammenarbeitenden Team zu arbeiten * die Möglichkeit, in einem innovativen Unternehmen mit einem spannenden und rasanten Arbeitsumfeld mitzuarbeiten und einen konkreten Beitrag zu den Zielen der europäischen Energiewende und einer kohlenstofffreien Wirtschaft zu leisten * Ein wettbewerbsfähiges Gehaltspaket * Firmenwagen als Arbeitsmittel für diese Funktion * Flexible Arbeitsmöglichkeiten #### About us Cube Green Energy is a renewable energy producer and developer leading the transformation of Europe’s energy market.
