As Financial Analyst GSA (Asset Finance) , you will be the primary contact for Flex Financial equipment finance programs, supporting the Regional Finance Manager for the GSA region (Germany, Switzerland, and Austria).

What you will do:

* You will be the primary support to the Regional Finance Manager in GSA
* You will support sales team through trainings and ad-hoc inquiries about financing
* You will collaborate with Divisional Management, Stryker Flex legal counsel, Business Services, Sales Reps, End User Customers to ensure superior financing experiences for Stryker customers.
* You will price creative finance proposals, restructure existing financing contracts, respond to numerous inquiries, and facilitate transactions at the origination stage.
* You will work on credit-checks with our partner banks, building cases and deal summaries for complex requests.
* You will multi-task and problem solve while effectively balancing the needs of our customers to deliver accurate, concise contracts for signing.
* You will support the sales team through trainings and ad-hoc inquiries about financing.
* You will complete equipment finance documentation for Stryker Flex Financial customers in the Healthcare Industry.

What you will need:

* Bachelor's degree
* Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
* Fluent German & English
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
* Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Significant attention to detail
* High team and service orientation
* Knowledge of legal terms for lease and financing type structures
* Strong customer service, training, problem-solving, and communication skills
