Position Purpose:

The Financial Operations team plays a vital role within our client's organization, managing client funds and ensuring operational excellence. Their mission is to provide the best customer experience by proactively working with Sales, Client Services, and Compliance teams to ensure transactions are processed accurately and efficiently, resulting in a positive client experience.

Job Duties:

* Support back-office operations in processing customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers).
* Facilitate inbound and outbound payments.
* Learn and utilize various banking systems to manage treasury operations.
* Help manage risks associated with financial transactions.
* Keep management informed of processing issues and potential concerns.
* Manage internal projects or other tasks as assigned.
* Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in the client treasury process.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Windows.
* Excellent customer service skills and strong written and verbal communication abilities.
* Extreme attention to detail, with strong organizational and time management skills.
* A proven ability to work collaboratively within a solution-oriented team.
* Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
* Ability to multitask and proactively contribute as a team player.
* Ability to self-manage effectively under pressure to meet deadlines and client SLAs in a high-volume environment.
* Passion for learning about Financial Operations and Global Banking.
* Prior experience in financial operations, back-office, customer service, or payment portals/software is a plus.
* Native-level Japanese language skills and fluency in English.
