Job Description
上級研究員（Senior Research Scientist）【自社プロダクト/衛星データ×AIを用いた土壌の分析モデル開発/フレックスタイム制あり/グローバルな環境】 仕事内容 当社R&D部門にて、カーボンクレジット・MRVを目的とした発展途上国における土壌炭素貯蓄量や温室効果ガスの排出量を評価するプロセスベースモデルの開発やキャリブレーションを行い、それらの論文化を行う。メンターとして研究員(Research Scientist)やデータサイエンティスト（Data Scientist）の個別案件の研究開発における指導までをお任せします。 ミッションとしては、海外チームと連携し、カーボンクレジット、MRVに必要なモデルの開発と研究員を育成し、次代の上級研究員の育成を行うことです。 業務内容 ・具体的な業務内容 * 研究員／データサイエンティストと連携しつつ、精緻な現地データを用いてプロセスモデルの開発と論文化 * 新規のPoC案件に関して、CROと連携し実施できるかどうかの評価 ・サグリの環境 プロダクトとしては、すでに複数のプロダクトがあり、これから成長する余地が大きく、開発の取り組みテーマも幅広い状況です。未経験の領域でも、意欲があれば挑戦できる環境です。 言語：Typescript / Python/ Rust アーキテクチャ：redux / atomic design ライブラリ・フレームワーク：React.js / Next.js / Django REST framework DB：PostgreSQL ( PostGIS ) インフラ：AWS（ EC2 / EKS / S3 / RDS等 ） バージョン管理：Git リポジトリ管理：GitHub コミュニケーションツール : Slack / Zoom / Discord 募集背景 弊社は衛星データを用いて土壌や農作物のデータ解析を行い、その情報を元に土壌中の炭素貯留量や農地からの温室効果ガスの排出量を推定する技術を開発しています。その解析結果をもとに、カーボンインセットやカーボンクレジットを創出することを目指し国内外で取り組みを進めています。カーボンインセットやカーボンクレジットの創出には科学的なエビデンスに基づいた定量評価の結果を提供する必要があります。 そのため弊社R&Dチームでは、衛星データや営農アプリへの農家のインプットデータ等を用いてカーボンインセット・カーボンクレジット創出に関する方法論の確立を目指しており、一緒に取り組んでいただける研究員を募集いたします この仕事で得られるもの ・部門カルチャー サグリは民間企業ですが、業務と並行して研究活動に取り組んでいただくことも可能な環境です。論文の執筆や学会、学術会への参加など、これまでのキャリアを継続して積んでいただけます。 また、応募者の業績や適性に応じて、大学・研究機関に在籍したままサグリの業務を行う待遇を検討いたします（業務委託や共同研究などのような契約形態）。 将来的に大学・研究機関でキャリアを築きたい方も歓迎いたします。 勤務地 【勤務地詳細】 ・東京本社 〒163-0218 東京都新宿区西新宿2-6-1 新宿住友ビル18階 ＜配属先の変更範囲について＞ 雇入れ直後：求人に準ずる 変更の範囲：すべての業務への配置転換あり（在籍出向を含む） 【アクセス】 ・最寄駅 * 都営大江戸線 「都庁前駅」 A6出口直結 * 丸ノ内線 「西新宿駅」 2番出口 徒歩4分 * 各線 「新宿駅」 西口 徒歩8 勤務時間 9:00〜18:00 待遇・福利厚生 フレックスタイム制 交通費支給（規定に応じて支給） 社会保険完備 ※受動喫煙防止措置に関する事項について：禁煙 休日/休暇 土日祝休暇 有給休暇：入社日に10日付与 残業時間 20時間/月程度 サグリ株式会社 資本金 174百万円（準備金含む） 設立年月 2018年06月 従業員数 32人 職種 エンジニア・技術職（電気/電子/機械/半導体） > その他技術関連 給与 800万円〜1000万円 雇用形態 正社員
