#### Your Role in Our Success


You are the backbone of our hotel, supporting the Hotel Manager in smoothly running the Rooms, Food and Beverage, Financing, Sales and Marketing, Housekeeping, and Repairs and Maintenance Departments. Your quest for perfection ensures our guest satisfaction scores always hit the mark, and financial goals are met. In the absence of the Hotel Manager, you will report directly to the Regional Director of Operations.

##### Your Responsibilities

* With a keen eye for safety, you adhere to OSHA standards and ensure compliance with all company safety policies.
* As a natural leader, you successfully manage the hotel staff, devising and communicating departmental strategies and goals.
* You lead operational managers to meet daily, weekly, monthly, and annual targets aligned with property strategic plans.
* Your organizational skills shine through as you plan, facilitate, attend, or participate in various hotel and departmental meetings.
* Ensuring the compliance of brand standard operating procedures and policies is second nature to you.
* Your financial acumen is evident as you develop and manage Rooms/Food and Beverage division budgets and revenue forecasts.
* You effectively control expense management by implementing financial controls.
* Utilizing labor management tools, the staff schedules you create expertly control labor costs.

##### Your Qualifications

* You have a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Administration, Business Administration, or a related field, plus 4-6 years of general management experience in a high-level hotel operations role or some prior general management experience.
* An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted.
* Your strong training and supervisory skills are paramount in this role.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
* Flexibility to potentially work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
