Job Description
Descriptif : À Table, depuis plus de 20 ans, accompagne les entreprises, les institutions, les Chefs, les lieux événementiels et les particuliers dans l’organisation de leurs moments gourmands grâce à une offre adaptée : * La livraison en entreprise ou sur événements de petits-déjeuners, plateaux repas, boxes, variées, buffets et cocktails, * L’organisation d’événements sur mesure pour les entreprises et les institutionnels, * La sous-traitance gastronomique, notamment auprès de chefs étoilés, et d’acteurs de la Food Tech, * Les événements privés sur-mesure pour des particuliers. Nous travaillons les produits frais de saison en veillant à développer l’économie locale. Nous sommes une équipe de 50 collaborateurs, au sein d’une structure ESS (Economie Sociale et Solidaire), en phase de certification ISO 20 121 et avons signé en juillet 2022 la charte Entreprise et Territoire avec Plaine Commune. A Table est actuellement référencés au sein du Groupe Orange, LVMH, EDF, Engie, Icade, … et dans de nombreux sites événementiels et lieux patrimoniaux en Ile de France (Musée de la Marine, Paris Musées, Musée Beaubourg, Cité de l'Architecture et du Patrimoine, Rolland Garros, Théâtre Mogador, ...) et auprès de grands groupes et d’Institutions (Conseil Général des Hauts de Seine, Ministère de la Justice, Fondation de France, Croix Rouge Française, ….). Le Poste: · Organisation de la fonction comptable et administrative dans le groupe · Management de l’équipe comptable et admin pour les sociétés du groupe · Ressources Humaines : gestion des payes, administration, recrutement, contrats · Administration financière (préparation de la clôture comptable) · Supervision et gestion de la facturation client et de l’encaissement · Supervision et gestion de la facturation fournisseur · Administration services généraux et informatique. Contrats fournisseurs, baux, services de maintenance Type d'emploi : Temps plein, CDD Statut : Cadre Durée du contrat : 3 mois Rémunération : 45 000,00€ à 55 000,00€ par an Avantages : * RTT Horaires : * Du lundi au vendredi * Travail en journée Expérience: * Comptabilité: 5 ans (Requis) Lieu du poste : En présentiel Date de début prévue : 02/12/2024
