Dan is de rol van Assistent Teamleider Chemie in Amsterdam jouw kans. Bij een internationaal bedrijf dat kunststof produceert, kom je terecht in een team van ongeveer 12.000 medewerkers, waarvan er 120 in Amsterdam werken, vooral in de productie. Je wordt een essentieel onderdeel van een team dat dagelijks storingen snel oplost en preventief onderhoud uitvoert, zodat alles soepel blijft draaien. In jouw team van 13 specialisten, waaronder storingsmonteurs, een voorman, een timmerman en een smeermonteur, ga je aan de slag. Klinkt dit als iets voor jou? Functie omschrijving ------------------------ * Ondersteunen van de teamlead WTB op de werkvloer; * Meedenken over innovatieve storingsoplossingen en verbetervoorstellen; * Deelnemen aan consignatiediensten; * Technische taken zoals sleutelen, lassen, slijpen en inspecteren van apparatuur; * Opstellen van de weekplanning en coördineren van teamactiviteiten; * Bijhouden van het onderhoudssysteem en lezen van technische tekeningen; * Vereiste kennis: Word, Excel en onderhoudssoftware; * Bijdragen aan een gestructureerde werkmethodiek en voorstellen voor verbeteringen doen; * Werken zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband, met focus op veiligheid en efficiëntie. Ons aanbod -------------- * Een bruto maandsalaris tussen de € 3.115 en € 3.810; * Doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen de organisatie; * Uitzicht op een vast contract; * Een eindejaarsuitkering; * Werken in de dagdienst, met eens in de zes weken een middag-/avonddienst en consignatiediensten. Wij vragen -------------- * Een afgeronde MBO 3-opleiding in werktuigbouwkunde; * Ervaring als storings- en onderhoudsmonteur, en als voorman; * Bereidheid om eens in de zes weken consignatiediensten te draaien; * Bij voorkeur in het bezit van certificaten zoals vorkheftruck, hoogwerker, lassen, VVL-H en B-VCA; * Bewustzijn van kwaliteits-, veiligheids- en milieunormen; * Een proactieve houding waarbij je snel taken oppakt en verbeteringen aandraagt.
