We’re seeking a passionate Casual Styling Associate to join our team and help our discerning clientele. As an ambassador of our brand, you’ll help bring the story of our designs to life, offering exceptional service and creating a shopping experience that reflects the elegance and artistry of our collections.

This is contract role with the opportunity to continue casual or part-time after the holiday season.

What You’ll Do:

* Provide personalised, attentive service to our clients, ensuring an exceptional experience every time they visit.
* Curate pieces for clients that speaks to their individual style.
* Share the story and artistry behind each garment, from Lulu's hand illustrations to the meticulous beadwork and embroidery.
* Help maintain a beautiful, inspiring sales floor and ensure the display of our products reflects our brand.
* Support sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the store.
* Stay informed about the latest fashion trends and our commitment to sustainable, responsible craftsmanship.

What We’re Looking For:

* A love for styling and an appreciation for artistry and craftsmanship.
* Previous retail experience, preferably in high-end fashion, with a focus on personal styling and customer relationships.
* A natural ability to connect with clients and provide tailored shopping experiences that exceed expectations.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A professional, polished appearance and an enthusiasm for representing our brand.
* Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
