Overview  
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care. This role requires a strong commitment to patient assessment and treatment, along with the ability to perform various medical procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

* Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including history-taking and physical examinations.
* Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians.
* Perform medical procedures such as spinal taps and injections, ensuring adherence to aseptic techniques.
* Provide patient education on health management and disease prevention.
* Collect and analyze data related to patient care and outcomes.
* Participate in hospital medicine practices, including inpatient care and coordination of services.
* Offer addiction counseling as needed to support patients in recovery.
* Maintain accurate medical records and documentation for all patient interactions.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care in settings such as the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU).

Skills

* Proficiency in patient assessment and care techniques, with a focus on quality outcomes.
* Experience administering injections and performing various medical procedures.
* Strong data collection skills for effective monitoring of patient progress.
* Knowledge of hospital medicine practices and protocols.
* Familiarity with addiction counseling principles and techniques is a plus.
* Ability to apply aseptic techniques in clinical settings to ensure patient safety.
* Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
