Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Daycare Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with children. The Daycare Teacher will be responsible for planning and implementing educational activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development. Responsibilities * Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. * Educate and engage children through interactive activities, games, and storytelling. * Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a positive learning environment. * Provide care for infants and toddlers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. * Foster a supportive atmosphere that encourages children's curiosity and creativity. * Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and any concerns. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment. * Collaborate with other staff members to support the overall development of each child. * Stay updated on best practices in early childhood education, including special education techniques when necessary. Experience * A degree or certification in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred. * Previous experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, or nannying setting is highly desirable. * Familiarity with classroom management techniques and first aid certification is a plus. * Experience in special education or working with children with diverse needs is beneficial but not required. * A strong understanding of developmental milestones for preschool-aged children is essential.
