Job Description: We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Investment Analyst Intern to join our team. This position is ideal for college students or recent graduates with an interest in real estate, finance, or investment analysis. You will play a key role in analyzing data, researching investment opportunities, and contributing to the decision-making process for distressed real estate assets. Responsibilities: * Analyze market trends and real estate data to identify potential investment opportunities. * Prepare financial models and projections to assess the performance of distressed assets. * Assist in the creation of reports and presentations using Tableau and other analytical tools. * Conduct due diligence and research on real estate markets, property values, and investment risks. * Collaborate with the team to support asset management strategies and portfolio performance reviews. * Assist in maintaining and organizing data in internal databases and systems. * Provide support for special projects and initiatives as needed. Requirements: * Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Familiarity with Tableau or similar data visualization tools is highly preferred. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. * Interest in real estate investment and distressed asset management. Schedule: * Flexible hours available; Full-time or Part-time positions based on your schedule and availability. * Typical hours: Monday to Friday during standard business hours (9 AM – 5 PM).
