Contexte : Réalisation, pilotage et amélioration continue des projets d'ingénierie de la direction technique. Au sein d'une équipe design. Vous intervenez en tant que lead design sur les missions suivantes : * Conception, modélisatiion 3D * Gestion des références de composants * Paramètrage et automatisation avec Solidworks de nos conceptions * Encadrement fonctionnel d'équipe * Maitrise des risques et pilotage de projet dans le respect des coûts, de la qualité et des délais * Intégration des évolutions de système de confinement * Analyse et compréhension des besoins des clients et des fournisseurs * Prise en main de sujet d'amélioration continue de l'activité * Formation des membres d'équipes sur son domaine d'expertise Les livrables attendus : * CAO 3D : Conception avec SolidWorks * Réalisation de projets et pilotage des projets : Plans / modification 3D et mise en plans * Amélioration contunue, développement de la formation : Présentations techniques, rapport, ... Profil : * Ingénieur généraliste/ mécanique diplômé d'une grande école * 2-5 ans d'expérience ou première expérience avec un stage de fin d'études dans ce secteur * solidworks 3D * cotation fonctionnelle * mise en plan * conception mécanique * gestion de projet * MS project (bases) * anglais (confirmé)
