Junior/medior content & contracts manager (minimum of 5 years)

* Experience with MS Excel, XML, JSON, Waybills is preferred, but not a must
* Experience with Cloud File Manager solutions is preferred, but not a must
* Experience with Content Flow Automation solutions is preferred, but not a must
* Experience with Cloud Platforms (Azure Media Services & AWS is preferred), but not a must
* Able to work in Scrum/Agile environment

We are looking for a part-time and/or intern Content & Contracts Manager.

This role is not for Social Media content but involves the reception, management, and digital processing of Hollywood films, series, and TV shows for our diverse Media & Entertainment, Education,, and Hospitality clients.

About the role

We are seeking a part-time or internship Content & Contracts Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is not about managing social media but about handling the reception, organization, and digital processing of Hollywood films, series, and TV shows for our diverse Media & Entertainment clients.

As we experience rapid growth, the volume of content and contracts we manage is expanding just as quickly. We need a proactive and detail-oriented Content & Contracts Manager who thrives on being involved in every step of the content lifecycle—from acquisition to distribution.

We’re looking for exceptional communicators who can seamlessly engage with Content Service Providers, our valued clients, and major Hollywood Studios. If you enjoy variety in your work and are passionate about the world of movies, series, and TV shows, this is the perfect role for you.

What you’ll be doing

* Collaborating closely with Content Service Providers, Customers, Customer Success Managers, Partners, and our own developers to automate the content flow as much as possible, with a focus on support to distribute the right files, right accompanying languages, and subtitles to each endpoint per customer.
* Assisting in the content automation flow process, media asset management, from ingest, management, contracting, security, file management, to maintain visibility in front- and backend.
* Working closely with Content Service Providers, Customers, Customer Success Managers, and our own developers, Partners to assist with hands-on, elegant solutions to challenging problems.
* Helping to define and maintain guidelines, ensuring consistency throughout our workflows, or to automate our existing solutions even further.

What you'll need

* A common-sense understanding, and preferably, experience working on each of the skills mentioned above
* Experience collaborating on content automation flow processes, media asset management, contract management, contracting, security, file management
* Quick learning skills with an ambitious and results-driven personality
* Good and comprehensive communication and organizational skills
* The ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
* Fluency in English
