 As you will be part of the Benelux marketing team and joining the South-West Perrigo cluster, you will find an international environment which allows you to connect and work together with both local as international marketing colleagues but also other departments such as Media & Digital, Trade marketing (CS&I), Sales or Regulatory Affairs. Scope of the Role
 As a Marketing Brand Manager Davitamon you will be responsible for:
   

  

* Brand Strategy: Help building and implementing brand strategies to enhance brand awareness, market positioning, and consumer loyalty.
* Brand Identity: Maintaining the brand's overall image, tone, and personality. Ensuring consistent messaging across all marketing channels and materials, including advertising campaigns, social media, website, and packaging.
* Product Launches: Planning and executing successful product launches.
* Marketing Campaigns: Overseeing the creation and execution of marketing campaigns together with the media & digital team.
* Market Analysis: Utilizing centrally lead market research and consumer insights to understand target audiences, their needs, preferences, and behaviors. Applying these insights to develop effective marketing strategies and tactics that resonate with consumers.
* Budget Management: Managing marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize return on investment. Tracking expenses, analyzing costs, and providing regular reports to senior management.
* Performance Tracking: Tracking and analyzing brand performance metrics, such as market share, brand awareness, and customer satisfaction. Using data-driven insights to identify areas of improvement and discuss strategies with the Central team to enhance brand performance.


Experience Required
Your Profile:
* You love consumer marketing and love building brands.
* You are familiar with the most important components of the marketing mix (positioning, research, media planning, packaging, pricing, digital…) and are very eager to learn further.
* You have analytical skills, draw conclusions out of several data and love to think about growth strategies.
* You like to manage an A&P budget and to make a business case.
* You have an entrepreneurial spirit and hands-on mentality. Above all, you are a business marketeer, that runs your brands as if they were your own business.
* You are a team player that can work in cross-functional teams to drive your brand(s) performance.
* You are a good communicator (in Dutch and English) and love to present to your peers and management.
* You are University educated or equivalent.
* You have minimum 2 to 3 years experience in a consumer Marketing function.
