Job Description
Deine Aufgaben * Als Team Lead im Makaro Store stehst du für die Marke Makaro. Du trägst den Makaro Spirit nach Außen und bringst unseren Kund:innen die Marke näher. * Du berätst unsere Kund:innen aktiv & verkaufst unsere Schmuckstücke im Makaro Store. * Für unser Team vor Ort bist du die erste Ansprechpartnerin für allfällige Fragen. * Du sorgst dafür, dass interne Abläufe eingehalten werden und bist für den monatlichen Schichtplan zuständig. * Du bist für die Dekoration und Präsentation der Schmuckstücke im Store verantwortlich. * Du unterstützt bei Kunden- und Presse-Events im Store. Das Macht Dich Aus * Du bist aufgeschlossen, eine Frohnatur und gehst gerne und selbstbewusst auf Menschen zu. * Du arbeitest selbstständig und zielorientiert, bist aber gleichzeitig ein Team-Player. * Du bist zuverlässig und verantwortungsbewusst. * Du hast ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse, weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil. * Du hast im Besten Fall bereits Erfahrung im Kundenkontakt und in der Leitung eines Teams.
