About This Role
 Serving customers from Berlin to Bremen, we’re the biggest online food delivery business in Germany. It’s one of 19 international markets where Just Eat Takeaway.com operates, with around 100 million active users globally.
   

  

 As our (Senior) Marketing Manager G&C & Non-Food, you will play a fundamental role in driving the Grocery, Convenience, and other Verticals Category in Germany. Reporting into the G&C & Non Food Marketing Lead for Germany, you will have a full plate with exciting, strategic and also creative key projects to lead.
   

  

 Work will have a lot to do with shaping further our growth strategy in this category, but also a lot about execution in bringing to life the go-to-market plans for big launches, next to driving category penetration and building usage by creating a new habit among JET Customers.
   

  

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:
* Together with the Mkt. Lead shape further our growth Strategy for Germany.
* Lead the development of marketing plans and executing campaigns.
* How does success look like? Continuously evaluation & reporting to ensure we learn and adapt future plans to focus on what’s driving growth.
* Collaborate closely and cross-functionally with the local G&C Sales teams based in Germany and partners, agencies & other HQ marketing teams, such as our in-house creative Studio, CRM, Digital, and PR.


What will you bring to the table?
* Marketing experience, preferably in an e-commerce or FMCG environment.
* Comfortable collaborating with various internal and external parties and stakeholders.
* Able to work independently, with a proactive, problem-solving and data-driven approach.
* Strategic thinking skills, with strong creative instincts and a test and learn approach.
* Excellent prioritization, planning and organization skills, with the ability to ensure successful project management and related evaluations.
* Positive attitude with an open and flexible mindset.
* Fluent English and German (written and spoken) and good communication skills.
