Role Description 




 This is a full-time on-site role for a registered nurse at KVIK Solutions in Germany. The registered nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and educating patients and their families on healthcare management.
 



  





Qualifications 



* GNM or B.Sc. Nursing
* Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
* B1 & B2 German Language certificate is mandatory; have to complete B2 before relocation
* Interviews can be started immediately.

 The process for becoming a registered nurse in Germany involves several steps, including:
 


* Application: 
 Apply to the state health authority where you want to work
* Document verification: 
 Submit documents to verify your education and qualifications
* Qualification assessment: 
 If your qualifications don't meet German standards, you may need to take additional training or exams
* Language proficiency: 
 Provide proof of German language proficiency, usually at the B2 level
* Final approval: 
 Once all requirements are met, the health authority will grant you probation, allowing you to work as a nurse
* Visa application: 
 If you're not a non-EU national, you'll need to apply for a work visa or a Blue Card, a special residence permit for non-EU citizens with high skills.



  





Requirements to become a nurse in Germany include: 



* A certificate of intermediate education
* Proof of physical and mental fitness
* Proof of trustworthiness, such as a certificate of good conduct
* Patient Care, Medication Administration, and Healthcare Collaboration skills
* Patient Education and Healthcare Management knowledge
* Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
* Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
* Experience in a hospital or clinical setting will be preferred
* Ability to work well in a team environment
