Klassische Gastro-Arbeitszeiten mit Zimmerstunde Stellenbeschreibung: Chef de Partie Position: Chef de Partie Abteilung: Küche Rapportiert: Sous-Chef / Küchenchef Als Chef de Partie sind Sie verantwortlich für einen bestimmten Bereich in der Küche und tragen maßgeblich zur Zubereitung und Präsentation von Speisen bei. Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Küchenchef und dem Sous-Chef zusammen, um die hohen kulinarischen Standards des Hauses zu gewährleisten und das Team zu unterstützen. Hauptaufgaben: 1. Zubereitung von Speisen: - Verantwortlich für die Zubereitung und Präsentation der Gerichte in Ihrem zugewiesenen Bereich (z. B. Vorspeisen, Hauptgerichte, Desserts). - Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Rezepturen und Präsentationsstandards. 2. Mitarbeit im Team: - Anleitung und Schulung von Commis de Cuisine, Lernenden und anderen Küchenmitarbeitern. - Unterstützung des Sous-Chefs bei der Planung und Organisation des Küchenbetriebs. 3. Qualitätskontrolle: - Überwachung der Qualität der Zutaten und der fertigen Gerichte. - Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards in der Küche. 4. Bestandsmanagement: - Verantwortung für die Warenbestellung und -lagerung in Ihrem Bereich. - Kontrolle des Warenverbrauchs und Minimierung von Lebensmittelverschwendung. 5. Kreativität und Innovation: - Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung neuer Gerichte und Menüs. - Einbringen von kreativen Ideen zur Verbesserung des kulinarischen Angebots. Anforderungen: - Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin oder vergleichbare Qualifikation. - Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Gastronomie, idealerweise in einer ähnlichen Position. - Fundierte Kenntnisse der verschiedenen Kochtechniken und -stile. - Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und ein hohes Maß an Engagement. - Kreativität und Leidenschaft für die Gastronomie. - Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in [Sprache/n].
