We are currently seeking a Field Service Engineer who will be responsible for Conducting Customer Service, Repair, Preventive Maintenance and Installation of products or solutions at customer site.


What we’ll get you doing:

* Conduct Customer Service, Repair, Preventive Maintenance and/or Installation of products or solutions at customer site
* Diagnose system failures and determines most cost-effective solution
* Escalates complex issues to greater level of technical support or quality reporting system
* Develop new customer service/product agreements
* Respond to customer support calls within assigned territory


The essential requirements of the role include:

* Graduated from a science-related university or technical college or higher
* 3 years of experience with customer service
* Technical proficiency for mechanical, electrical and/or electronic

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

* Ability to travel for customer service and service training
* Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record


It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

* Experience in life science industry
