Das Hyatt Regency Zurich Airport The Circle ist optimal gelegen, in der Nähe des Flughafens Zürich als Teil der brandneuen Destination, innerhalb vom Circle. Unsere Gäste überlassen jedes Detail getrost uns und können sich damit während ihres Aufenthalts auf das konzentrieren, was ihnen am wichtigsten ist. Restaurant Babel - neu inspirierte Mezzeplatten, aromatische Salate, kräftige Joghurts und frisches Brot dazu Gemüse, Fleisch und Fisch aus dem Holzkohleofen - hier verbindet sich die köstliche Einfachheit von Libanons bestem Street Food. Deine Aufgaben * Unterstützung bei der Zubereitung der Speisen für die Gäste im à la carte Bereich/ Event Bereich. * Unterstützung des Chefs de Partie auf dem zugeteilten Posten. * Vorbereitung und Zubereitung von den Gerichten. * Einen sorgfältigen und verantwortungsbewussten Umgang mit Lebensmitteln. * Verantwortung für die Verarbeitung einwandfreier Lebensmittel. * Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der Küchen- und Qualitätsvorgaben in den zugeteilten Bereichen. * Ökologisches und wirtschaftliches Arbeiten sowie die Einhaltung der Hygiene- und Reinigungsvorschriften. * Reinigung und Pflege der Küchengeräte und -utensilien. * Bereitschaft, in verschiedenen Schichten zu arbeiten und das Team bei Bedarf auch in anderen Bereichen der Küche unterstützen.
