Do you want to join us?* Norrøna Retail is looking for a skilled Part-time Store Assistant to join our Norrøna Concept Store in Zürich, located on Löwenstrasse! Norrøna was founded in 1929 and has been owned and run by the same family ever since. Our mission is to create the world's greatest outdoor products and offer unique adventures through a responsible business. With a diverse team of approximately 450 people from 20 different nationalities you will be able to develop in a passionate culture, where trying, testing, learning and failing is part of our everyday life. *"Welcome to nature"* As a salesperson in Norrøna's stores, it is important for us that you understand the customer's needs and provide the customer with a unique customer experience. Furthermore, it is important that you are independent, capable of identifying tasks during busy and quiet periods, and possess a large work capacity. Qualifications: * Completed high school * Minimum of 2 years’ working experience preferably within retail/sports * Proficiency in both native and English language skills We believe you’ll succeed in this job if you: * Have a passionate commitment to sales and excellent customer experiences * Are outgoing and enjoy interacting with people * Have a competitive instinct and are motivated to assist customers with their needs * Have a high work capacity and can identify tasks during quieter periods * Are structured, and reliable * Take ownership of the store and contribute to maintaining a high standard Key responsibilities: * Sales and customer service * Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Norrøna's outdoor products * Contribute to visual merchandising and ensure proper product placement * Assist in receiving and pricing merchandise * Contribute to maintaining a high standard in the store * Participate in the planning and execution of in-store activities and events * Support the store manager and contribute to a positive work culture * Be a positive and enthusiastic ambassador for Norrøna We offer you a unique opportunity to work in a young, innovative, and professional environment, and with the world's best outdoor products.
