Job Description

We are seeking experienced and compassionate Nurses with a background in hospital or clinical settings to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of nursing experience post-registration and must be willing to work in a home care environment. This role offers the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of patients by providing personalized care in their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide direct patient care in a home care setting, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities.
* Work closely with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and continuous care.
* Educate patients and their families on healthcare needs, including post-hospital care, medication management, and healthy lifestyle changes.
* Maintain patient records, follow care plans, and report any changes in patient health to the healthcare team.
* Ensure compliance with patient safety protocols and healthcare standards.

Requirements:

* Education: GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) or B.Sc. in Nursing.
* License: Valid Indian Nursing Council Registration.
* Experience: Minimum of 3 years of recent hospital or clinical nursing experience post-registration.
* Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Setting: Candidates must be willing to work in a home care setting.
* Desirable: Previous experience in home care nursing is a plus.

Additional Requirements for Qatar:

* QCHP (Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners) License: Candidates must be eligible or willing to obtain the QCHP license.
* Must be willing to take the Prometric exam required for healthcare professionals in Qatar.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
