About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Software Engineer to join our talented team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and performance of our software products. This position focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining testing processes that guarantee seamless software functionality and user experience. Key Responsibilities: · Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality and performance. · Conduct both manual and automated testing for applications, including functional, regression, and integration testing. · Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve bugs, defects, and performance issues. · Perform system testing to ensure compatibility and reliability across multiple environments and platforms. · Design and implement test automation frameworks to enhance testing efficiency. · Conduct usability testing to ensure the software meets user expectations. · Provide detailed testing reports, identifying areas for improvement in the development lifecycle. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain quality assurance (QA) processes and standards. · Stay updated on the latest testing methodologies and tools, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, System management or a related field. · Over 5 years work experience in software engineering or a related field. · Strong knowledge of software lifecycle, methodologies, and best practices. · Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C# for automated testing. · Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. · Strong communication and collaboration abilities. · Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
