仕事内容: 

Duties:

* Private lessons and/or specialist classes (TOEIC, grammar, etc. \*depending on Japanese skills)
* Covering for absent teachers
* Helping with students' consultations (level-up, study 相談, etc.)
* HW check
* HW materials creation
* Data analysis
* "Coffee Talk" attendance
* Technical support (PC issues, etc.)

Details:

- We provide English conversation lessons for high school students and adults/post-graduates who plan to study or work abroad in the future;

- Unlike ordinary English schools, our curriculums are designed according to the type of study abroad plan, including but not limited to: simulated interview practice for working holidays or overseas internships, conversing smoothly with native English speakers, and presentation practice for enrollment at a college or university overseas.

Required skills/experiences:

* Work experience teaching in English-related qualification courses such as TOEIC etc.
* Study and living abroad experience (over 6 months)
* Advanced computer & class operation skills using Google Drive, Microsoft Office, etc.
* English proficiency (certificate): TOEIC score 850 or above /Eiken Level 1 or above /TOFLEIBT score 90 or above /IELTS 7.5 /Cambridge Exam /Overseas university degree

勤務時間・曜日: 

Complete a five-day work week (two fixed days off per week)

Shift Breakdown: Monday-Friday, 10:00-19:00 or 13:00-22:00 (1-hour break included),

Working hours on Saturday & Sunday: 10:00-19:00 (1-hour break included)

Overtime: 15 hours of deem overtime are included.

* Annual paid days off: 130-145 days/year
* Available to take consecutive days off for 5+days

Days off increase with the number of years of employment as shown below:

* 1st year: 130 days/year in total⇒ special paid vacations(11 days) + regular paid vacations (10 days) + fixed days off a week per year and New Year holidays.
* 2nd year: 134 days/year in total⇒ special paid vacations(14 days) + regular paid vacations (11 days) + fixed days off a week per year and New Year holidays.
* 3rd year and thereafter: 137-145 days/year in total⇒ special paid vacations(16 days) + regular paid vacations (12 to 20 days) + fixed days off a week per year and New Year holidays.

給与: 

固定残業代あり：月給 ￥250,000 〜 ￥350,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代￥25,770〜￥36,060（15時間相当分）を含む。15時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
