Job Description
Under the supervision of the Nurse Supervisor, Administrative Director and the Medical Director, the Clinical Nurse is responsible for providing direct clinical care to employees under standardized procedures and for participating in Occupational Health programs such as medical surveillance, outbreak and exposure response. The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $84.78 - $109.85 (Hourly Rate). To learn more about the benefits of working at UCSF, including total compensation, please visit: https://ucnet.universityofcalifornia.edu/compensation-and-benefits/index.html Required Qualifications * This position requires flexibility to orient and work at all UCSF Medical Center locations. * Minimum of one (1) year Occupational Health RN experience in a clinical setting * Recent (within 6 months) experience taking triage calls as related specifically to (musculoskeletal, psychological and exposure) workplace injuries, performing pre-employment physicals, compliance documentation management, experience with COVID vaccine exception requests, required occupational vaccine administration and PPD placements * Proficient use of Smartsheet Application Preferred Qualifications * COHN or COHN-S Certification * Public Health Nurse * Advanced Nursing Degree License/Certification * Active Registered Nurse licensure in the State of California * Active American Heart Association CPR Certification About UCSF At UCSF Health, our mission of innovative patient care, advanced technology and pioneering research is redefining what’s possible for the patients we serve – a promise we share with the professionals who make up our team.
