Job Description

We are seeking a Java Developer for one of our Global E-Commerce clients. The role involves development and operations for a consumer-facing service, including implementation, testing, release management, source code reviews, and test case reviews. Additionally, the position includes operational tasks such as inquiry management and investigation.
 



  





Responsibilities: 



* Develop and maintain web-based systems for the client’s e-commerce platform.
* Implement, test, and release various types of development projects.
* Conduct source code reviews and test case reviews to ensure quality.
* Manage operational tasks such as inquiry management and investigation.
* Develop RESTful APIs and work with GraphQL.
* Use design patterns for system architecture and development.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system performance and scalability.
* Ensure web security and follow best practices.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to web servers and databases.
* Support stress testing and performance testing.
* Create design documentation, test cases, and other related documents.



  





Required Skills: 



* Experience in web-based system development and operations.
* At least 5 years of experience with Java development, including frameworks such as Spring Framework.
* Proficiency in Junit for unit testing.
* Front-end skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
* Knowledge of design patterns and application in development.
* Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
* At least 3 years of experience with RDMS.
* Proficiency in version control tools such as Git and SVN.
* Strong knowledge of web security principles.
* Experience with web servers (Apache, nginx).
* Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments.
* Knowledge of container architecture, including Docker and Kubernetes.
* Experience with caching and NoSQL solutions (e.g., Couchbase, Redis, Kafka, MQ, Memcache).
* Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices (Jenkins).
* Experience in performing stress tests and performance tests.
* Strong source code and test case review skills.
* Experience in creating technical documentation.
* Proficiency in English communication.
