 Hotel Manager

 As the
 Hotel Manager 
 , you will be responsible for leading and directing such departments as Front Office, Front Desk, Bell, Door, Housekeeping, Guest Services, Security and with directly support the Managing Director and Executive Committee Members in providing unmatched guest and customer service.

 The following outlines the required qualifications for the Hotel Manager:
   

  

* No less than 5 years of substantial work experience as a Hotel Manager or General Manager or equivalent in a Forbes 5-Star Hotel or equivalent.
* Significant experience managing a unionized or organized workforce.

*We offer a compensation package inclusive of a base salary ranging between $240,000.00 and $270,000.00, annual cash incentive, and a long-term incentive (LTI) program paid in company Stocks/RSUs.*
