Job Description

THE OPPORTUNITY


* Support the team in managing, analysing and visualising data and customer insights to inform messaging and target groups, marketing campaigns, product improvement and differentiation.
* Support the Digital Marketing Manager to measure campaign effectiveness for external media spends and provide recommendation for future campaigns.
* Ongoing review of CRM and Marketing automation platform performance to drive ongoing optimisation of our systems and processes.
* Support the Marketing and Customer Experience Team in managing the design and interpretation of customer research programmes and projects and assist in building and evolving Customer Experience strategies.
* Develop plan for optimising Customer Feedback and NPS as a key driver for service excellence.


This role is initially for 12 months covering Parental Leave, but has opportunity to extend.

ABOUT YOU


* Understanding of what a customer journey is and the touchpoints involved to demonstrate how to analyse this behaviour - Strong Experience with Consumer research
* Demonstrated experience in applying data insights to business needs (know how to transform data and information into insights and stories that help guide business decision making)
* Previous experience in the childcare industry or in more than one organisation and more than one sector is desirable
* Excellent communications skills to be able to engage with various internal and external stakeholders
