Job Description
* Permanent Full-time position * Join our dynamic team in either Brisbane or Melbourne * Play a pivotal role in bringing Ramsay's digital marketing strategy to life! The Opportunity Join our team as a Digital Marketing Coordinator to support the Digital Campaign Specialist in executing Ramsay Health Care’s digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and activity growth across a broad range of hospital and health services. Key accountabilities: * Implementation of digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms * Help to grow the online profile of our key services both locally and nationally through engaging experience * Work closely with members of the National Marketing and Communications Team to execute communication strategies where digital is integrated into consumer touch points * Ensure published information remains up-to-date and relevant * Manage website content updates across all sites * Assist with testing of website updates and improvements * Support the team to prioritise and action a broad range of requests in a fast-paced environment Your expertise will be instrumental in elevating Ramsay's digital presence. Play a pivotal role in bringing Ramsay's digital marketing strategy to life! Key Skills and Experience: * Experience developing online content and improving customer experience to increase customer engagement and satisfaction * Scheduling and updating content on digital platforms including website content management systems * Strong understanding of SEO and SEM * Confident using tools such as Google analytics, Google tag manager and Looker Studio * Experience promoting events and updates using email marketing platforms * Agency experience managing multiple digital platforms and projects will be *highly regarded* * Digital marketing training or qualification will be *highly regarded* Overall, you demonstrate business acumen and commercial awareness. Your ability to efficiently manage multiple projects and tasks, collaborating seamlessly with a diverse range of stakeholders across business will be key to your success.
