Job Description

Responsibilities:  
- Plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons based on the specific subject area, such as special education, piano performance, piano education.  
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and participation.  
- Develop and implement appropriate instructional strategies and materials to meet the diverse needs of students.  
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to support their learning and growth.  
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and instructional resources.  
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance.  
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student progress and any concerns or issues that may arise.

Experience:  
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (required for some positions).  
- Relevant experience in teaching or instruction in the specific subject area.  
- Knowledge of instructional strategies and techniques appropriate for the age group or population being taught.  
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.  
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.  
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with students.
