The Data science team plays a crucial role in making better and faster data driven decisions using Advanced analytics, modelling, and machine learning techniques. The Data Scientist/Sr Data Scientists will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of projects covering areas of Risk Modelling and Analytics, Systemic Implementation of the Models using API’s, Lending Strategy Development, Bureau Score analytics, Portfolio Risk Management, Collections Models and Strategy, Fraud and Anomaly Detection and other analytics such as HR Analytics and Sales Forecasting. Qualifications: Education: MS/MTech/BTech graduates or equivalent with a focus on data science and quantitative fields (CS, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics) Work Experience: Overall 2 to 4 years of proven experience in AI/ML with Python. Out of the total experience, at least 1 to 2 years of experience should be in Lending, FinTech, Banking/Financial Services Skills & Competencies Technical Skills ⮚ Proven experience in usage of Python and SQL ⮚ Excellent in programming and statistics ⮚ Working knowledge of AWS, Git and Postman Soft Skills ⮚ Strong Communication Skills (Written and Verbal) ⮚ Collaboration and Teamwork ⮚ Attention to Details ⮚ Problem Solving ⮚ Analytical Thinking Competencies ⮚ Statistical Analysis and Modelling ⮚ Machine Learning Algorithms and Techniques (such as XGBoost, Random Forest, Optimizations Techniques) ⮚ Excellent grasp of data handling and processing in Pandas ⮚ Prior Experience in the following areas will be a big plus: Building Origination Models/Strategies, Collection Models and Strategies, Anomaly Detection Models Behavioral Traits ⮚ Curiosity ⮚ Initiative ⮚ Energetic ⮚ Bias for Action ⮚ Continuous Learning and Growth Mindset
