 About the Role


As an AI Compliance Officer at TKH Artificial Intelligence, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our group-wide AI initiatives adhere to the highest standards of compliance and governance.


You will be responsible for designing and implementing robust AI and data governance frameworks that align with regulatory requirements, including the EU AI Act and GDPR. Your expertise will guide our global operating companies in conducting thorough risk assessments and monitoring AI systems to identify and mitigate potential compliance breaches and risks.

  

In this role, you will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, such as our Corporate Compliance Officer and Legal team at TKH HQ and the AI teams in TKH Artificial Intelligence. You will lead incident response efforts, manage mandatory reporting, and establish mechanisms for human oversight, ensuring accountability and responsible AI practices throughout the organization.

 Responsibilities:

* Design, implement, and maintain AI and data governance frameworks, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.
* Conduct thorough risk assessments and monitor AI systems to identify potential compliance breaches and risks.
* Collaborate with global operating companies and TKH HQ to ensure seamless compliance and governance.
* Lead incident response efforts, manage mandatory reporting, and ensure transparency in AI decision-making processes.
* Establish and maintain human oversight mechanisms, ensuring accountability and responsible AI practices.

 Requirements:

* Advanced degree in law, computer science, or a related field (e.g., technology law, ethics).
* Minimum 5 years of experience in technology compliance, governance, or a related field (e.g., data protection, risk management).
* In-depth understanding of the EU AI Act, EU Data Governance Act, and other relevant legislation (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
* Expertise in AI/ML technologies, risk management, and data governance.
* Strong communication, leadership, and project management abilities, with experience in stakeholder engagement and collaboration.

 Nice to Have:

* Certifications in compliance, governance, or AI-related fields (e.g., CIPP, CIPM, Certified AI Engineer).
* Experience with AI auditing, testing, and validation.
