Job Description
Responsibilities/Job Duties * Observe and record patient behavior * Perform physical examinations & diagnostic tests * Collect accurate patient medical history and progress * Administer medications to patients and assess side effects * Prescribe assistive medical devices to patients * Modify patient treatment plans accordingly * Respond appropriately and rapidly in emergency situations * Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in matters related to patients * Conduct ongoing assessments of patient conditions * Direct and supervise nursing assistants * Basic administrative duties as required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in nursing required * Licensure granted by the National Council Licensure Examination-RN * Clean background check and drug screen * Strong clinical skills and bedside manner * Multitasking and verbal communication * Ability to be on feet for long hours of the day * Extremely organized
