The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and maintaining comprehensive Financial Management Information System (MIS) reports, preparing financial models, and monitoring & controlling project costs. This role demands a thorough understanding of financial principles, excellent and analytical skills, in infrastructure projects. Qualifications: ● Civil Engineer or a Master's Degree in Project Management or an MBA in Finance. ● 4 to 5 years of experience in relevant field. ● Strong proficiency in financial modelling. Preferred Experience: ● Experience in the real estate, infrastructure, or construction industry. ● Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements. ● Strong understanding of handling finance and feasibility reports. Job Type: Full–Time. Remuneration: Competitive and as per experience.
