### Responsibilities

* Assist with real estate business models concerning property management, business operation, and investment projects; design analysis logic, establish analysis model, and provide data analysis methodology.
* Collect and process raw data into the effective data set, create data visualization and dashboard to improve the performance of each region.
* Apply data analysis tools and statistical techniques, including but not limited to Google Analytics, R, Excel, AWS, SQL, and etc. to analyze market trends, consumers, competitors, pricing, providing decision making support based on the analysis result.
* Prepare proposals and reports with suggested strategy, estimated profit, and planning based on real estate financial modules.
* Develop periodic and ad-hoc reports to summarize and review daily operation according to the company/local revenue, financial data, pricing, and other internal data

### Qualifications

* Master’s degree in Business Analysis, Finance or related field.
* 6 months of experience in financial or data analysis and modeling.
* General understanding of software coding language such as SQL and Python.
* A high degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality
* Effective verbal, listening and written communication skills
* Effective organizational, stress and time management skills
* Highly intelligent, driven, competitive, strong work ethic, high level of integrity
