Summary of Job Description:


As a key member of the Corporate FP&A team, the Senior Financial Analyst (Sales/Marketing) is responsible for providing analytical support to Operations and Marketing leadership, contributing insights to the company’s sales performance and marketing programs. This position will partner with the AOP and Forecast team to provide valuable inputs regarding Marketing initiatives and supports the pricing strategy of PRG.

 You’ll get a chance to:

* Proactively analyzes/reports on sales transactions and average check trends (mix and pricing) to identify issues affecting the company’s financial performance.
* Partner with the Marketing department in determining the financial impact and performance of media and promotions.
* Test market initiatives.
* Build, manage and reports daily sales, transaction and check forecasts versus plan and prior year to monitor the business performance, using economic and industry forecasts as well as PRG’s marketing initiatives.
* Conduct periodic forecasting and annual planning of sales and advertising lines as well as controllable lines tied to Marketing initiatives.
* Perform ad hoc analysis on sales and marketing initiatives.
* Partner with SCM lead in projecting ingredient usage for promotions and menu elevations.
* Serve as a key member of the pricing strategy team for annual pricing as well as ad hoc pricing due to off cycle inflationary costs.

 Qualifications - External

Your background and experience:

* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field required
* Minimum five years of finance experience
* Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings.
* Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.

 Pay Range: P3: $90,000 - $126,500 / Annual

* Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.

While performing duties, counter areas are often hot with steam from steam table and food vapors. Workspace is restricted and employees are generally expected to remain standing for long periods of time. Employees must prepare hot and cold foods, use Chinese cook knife and other kitchen equipment and work quickly without losing accuracy. Employees must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand up to four hours and reach across counter tops measured at 36 inches to serve customers. Kitchens are hot and noise levels are usually high; storage space is limited and shelving is high. Employees must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment, have effective verbal communication skills, ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities, and the ability to manage conflicts/difficult situations.
