The Staff Engineer will be working out of our HQ office in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.  

  

Job Overview:  

Join a leading consulting firm specializing in Construction Materials Testing & Inspection. As a Staff Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and compliance of construction materials through comprehensive testing and inspection services.  

  

Key Responsibilities:* Prepare and review materials test reports for accuracy and compliance.
* Analyze project plans and specifications to determine testing requirements.
* Review and distribute field and lab reports to clients.
* Develop and implement Quality Control Plans for various disciplines.
* Assist Project Managers in overseeing project deliverables and timelines.
* Support field staff with project-related issues.
* Conduct project research, prepare designs, calculations, and reports.
* Contribute to proposal preparation and project tracking efforts.


Qualifications:* Knowledge of commonly used engineering concepts, practices, and procedures.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
* BS in Civil Engineering or related field.
* Experience with Pavement Design and Laboratory Testing.
* EIT/FE Certification preferred but not required.
