### ABOUT THE ROLE


As a Project Manager at BEAT81, you’ll be at the forefront of our ambitious growth journey, leading the construction and launch of new studios in Germany. You’ll work closely with our construction partners to ensure a smooth and efficient build process that meets BEAT81 standards. You’ll ensure each launch successfully brings our studios to life.

### YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

* Project Launch Ownership: Take full ownership of studio launches across Germany, managing end-to-end responsibilities for project timelines and successful openings.
* Post-Launch Optimization: Be on-site during the first week after each launch to verify studio functionality and improve the facility if necessary, then coordinate a seamless handover to the city operations team for ongoing management.
* Construction Oversight: Ensure smooth construction of new studios and upgrades to existing facilities, closely monitoring project plans and overseeing critical upgrades, such as air conditioning and ventilation installations, to maintain high-quality standards.
* Process Documentation & Optimization: Document all studio launch and construction processes, refining playbooks to improve efficiency and scalability.
* Stakeholder Management and Coordination: Communicate and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders, including internal teams like marketing, supply chain, coach recruiting, and city operations, as well as external partners like suppliers and contractors

  

#### WHO YOU ARE

##### Profile

* Relevant Experience: You already have work experience in a project management role in a company with physical operations or hardware components, ideally in a start-up.
* Start-up Background: You have some hands-on experience working in a start-up environment, adapting quickly to dynamic, fast-paced settings.
* Language Proficiency: You have C1-level or higher proficiency in English and German, enabling clear communication with diverse stakeholders.
* Willingness to Travel: You are open to traveling across Germany as needed to support the successful launch of new studios.

* Effective Stakeholder Communicator: With clear, transparent communication skills, you’re comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders—from handymen and construction crews to architects, the marketing team, or our COO—adapting your style to connect with each group effectively.
* Pragmatic Problem Solver: You excel at finding creative, pragmatic 80/20 solutions to unexpected challenges, minimizing delays, and keeping projects on track even when obstacles arise.
