Our unit Gas Insulated Switchgears (GIS), based in Zuerich-Oerlikon, is active in the development and production of gas insulated switching systems. Join our amazing team in Zürich as our Supply Chain Management Specialist Digitalization. How You Will Make An Impact * Digital Transformation: Develop and execute a digital transformation strategy for the SCM, aligning with the overall business objectives * Process Optimization: Identify and analyze pain points in existing SCM processes and propose digital solu-tions to streamline operations and increase effectiveness * Technology Implementation: Lead the implementation of Celonis within PUCH * Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to gain insights into supply chain performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions * Change Management: Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new digital tools and processes * Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization Your background * You are an experienced procurement professional, with hands-on experience in operational procurement, preferably in the energy or engineering industry * Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related field or several years of experience in a similar role * Proven ability to lead teams sustainably through change in complex environments while maintaining high performance attitude * Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques. * Excellent communication skills, empathy and ability to work across multiple functions and cross cultural, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders * Fluent in English and German * Excellent knowledge of SAP (preferably S4/Hana), MS Office More About Us Our flexible work practices help you optimize personal and business performance while creating an environment where all employees can develop their skills and grow.
