Taakomschrijving Als engineer en modelleur werk je werktuigbouwkundige gebouwinstallaties uit in 3D en neem je ook het technisch ontwerp voor je rekening. Dit doe je voor zowel nieuwbouw als bestaande gebouwen. Samen met betrokken en betrouwbare collega’s werk je in een multidisciplinaire omgeving. Jullie opereren voornamelijk regionaal, maar indien nodig ook landelijk in diverse teams. Dit betekent veel samenwerking en afwisseling. Dit Ga Je Doen * De afspraken rondom werktuigbouwkundige gebouwinstallaties uitwerken in het 3 Modelleersysteem Revit. * Het technisch ontwerp zorgvuldig modelleren, van warmtepompen tot klimaatplafonds. * Samenwerken met collega’s van andere disciplines om ervoor te zorgen dat jullie werk goed op elkaar aansluit. * Knelpunten signaleren en oplossen, vaak in samenwerking met collega’s van de afdeling Elektrotechniek. * Het programma van eisen en de bestekken goed doorlezen om volledig op de hoogte te zijn van de projecteisen. * De planning bewaken. * Tips uitwisselen met monteurs op de bouwplaats om het werk te optimaliseren en samen prettig te werken. * Contact opnemen met leveranciers om bijvoorbeeld specificaties op te vragen. Dit ben jij: Je Werkt Zorgvuldig En Doet Dit Graag, Wat Goed Van Pas Komt Bij Het Modelleren. Je Bent Enthousiast En Streeft Ernaar Je Werk Continu Te Optimaliseren. Je Hebt Een Resultaat- En Klantgerichte Houding. Je Werkt Graag In Teamverband, Maar Kunt Ook Moeiteloos Zelfstandig Aan De Slag. Verder Heb Je * Minimaal mbo-werk- en -denkniveau. Zowel schoolverlaters als kandidaten met enkele jaren werkervaring zijn welkom om te solliciteren. * Een achtergrond in werktuigbouwkunde, vanuit een opleiding of ervaring. * Enige ervaring met Revit en AutoCAD is een pluspunt. * Een VCA-VOL en MIT- of HIT-diploma, of de ambitie om deze bij ons te behalen We horen graag van je!
