 This is a unique opportunity to be part of our Supply Chain European team and play an important role in our organization! You are responsible for the development and execution of a successful and sustainable supply chain strategy to deliver the France business plan, in line with Global Supply Chain and Regional vision. You will collaborate closely with the cluster team to ensure everyday availability of our products on our customers´ shelves so our consumers can make every moment matter with our vibrant brands. You will be accountable for all the supply chain KPI’s of your business unit. As a key member of the BU leadership team, you will play a key role in shaping strategic business decisions and contributing to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities 
  

  

 With our consumer at the heart your key focus will be
   

  

 \* Leadership Team: Be an active part of the France leadership team, ensuring strong supply chain representation and collaboration.
   

 \* Supply Chain Strategy: In line with Europe and West Cluster Supply strategy, develop and execute a comprehensive product (Finished goods, Value Added Pack and POS material) supply strategic plan designed to support business objectives in the country and drive optimal customer service, forecast accuracy, cash position, and profitability.
   

 \* S&OP: Own the Sales and Operations Planning agenda and the processes critical to deliver improved forecast accuracy and reduce inventory days and logistics costs. Identify and execute the optimum balance between customer requirements, inventory optimisation, manufacturing efficiencies (including capacity planning, SKU rationalization, replenishment planning) to deliver best-in-class product availability on shelf.
   

 \* People: Lead a team of supply chain specialists and ensure every team member reaches their full potential. Make sure a clear and meaningful development plan is in place and actively monitor and advance succession plans for your team.
   

 \* Distribution: Optimize the distribution network from plant to customer in order to improve the service level (reduced lead time, consumer complaint…) and reduce the cost. Ensure efficient use of transportation resources while meeting the needs of the customer.
   

 \* Lead the agenda with our external supply partners (3PL and customers) to ensure the most efficient and value-adding operations. Control and monitor the activities of 3PL (Logistics/warehouse provider): conduct performance reviews and mitigate risks.
   

 \* Customer Service: Collaborate with customers to improve performance and customer service levels. Establish policies, procedures, performance metrics, and resource requirements to ensure reliability, speed, convenience and best perceived value to the customer.
   

 \* Projects and Continuous improvement: Champion local and cluster wide project implementation: innovation launches, compliance change, continuous improvement, sustainability.
   

 \* Cooperate closely with internal and external stakeholders to challenge and improve our processes with the aim of reducing supply chain complexity, increase supply reliability and agility.
   

 \* Develop, implement, and influence best practices in the disciplines of forecasting, inventory management, logistics and customer service.
   

 \* Budget: Manage the France distribution budget and deliver a pipeline of cost related projects to beat inflation over time. Manage write off budget. Assess financial and business risks associated with key operational decisions.
   

 \* Quality, compliance & business continuity plans: Responsible for adherence to SOX, and adequate BCP plans.
   

 \* Respect the regulations associated with the Supply Chain activities (customs duty, excise, VAT, Strip Stamps, importations, exportations…).
   

 \* Control all potential regulatory changes concerning labelling and implement changes, if necessary, in line with the guidance of TRN (Technical Regulatory Network).
   

  

Skills and Experience 
  

  

 The skills and experience needed to create your legacy
   

  

 \* Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration or a related filed.
   

 \* A minimum of 7 years of experience in supply chain, with a focus on strategic planning, supply planning, logistics and inventory management and a track record of success in driving change across organisations in a matrix structure.
   

 \* Strong understanding of manufacturing & copacking, planning processes, logistics & distribution principles, practices, tools and processes in areas as sustainable supply chains.
   

 \* Analytical mindset and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques. Experience with supply chain software and ERP systems preferred.
   

 \* Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a track record of driving process improvements and cost savings initiatives.
   

 \* Knowledge of industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and market trends in supply chain management.
   

 \* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
   

 \* Professional certifications such as APICS (CPIM, CSCP), Six Sigma, or Lean Manufacturing are a plus.
   

 \* Proven ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex supply chain challenges.
