The Opportunity: 




 As the Accounts Payable Manager, you will play a key role in implementing best practices and developing and growing our client's AP team. This highly visible position will involve managing the full cycle of accounts payable and working closely with members of all departments. You'll support the external audit process and contribute to process documentation and internal controls. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to lead projects such as implementing an AP automation tool and improving NetSuite processes for reporting and functionality.
 



  





Responsibilities: 



* Manage the Accounts Payable cycle for North American and international entities
* Facilitate the payments process for all entities and oversee expense report processing
* Develop and enhance accounts payable procedures on a quarterly basis
* Assist in implementing system improvements, such as AP Automation, and support the external audit process
* Contribute to process documentation and the creation of internal controls and accounting policies
* Coach and mentor a team of two



  





What We Need From You: 



* 7+ years of relevant experience
* Strong experience with Microsoft Excel. Experience with NetSuite is an asset
* Knowledge and expertise in automating processes and implementing systems
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team members
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience within the Real-Estate sector is a strong asset
