The Opportunity: 




 In this highly visible and impactful position, you will bring your financial expertise to life by supporting full-cycle accounting processes, treasury operations, financial reporting, and compliance initiatives. Working within a collaborative and fast-paced environment, you’ll have the chance to immerse yourself in complex financial landscapes, including global debt financing, audit and controls, and private equity-backed ownership structures.
 



  





 This role will also involve supporting the company's M&A transactions, offering you a unique opportunity to actively participate in projects that drive organizational expansion and sustainability. What You Will Be Doing: 



* Manage full-cycle accounting, treasury activities, and global financial reporting.
* Ensure compliance with audit and control frameworks and regulatory standards across multiple jurisdictions.
* Provide strategic financial analysis to support upcoming M&A transactions and other high-impact projects.
* Leverage SAP systems for data-driven decision-making and financial insights.
* Monitor and optimize processes across the company’s global footprint in Canada, the U.S., and international markets.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to provide insights for strategic business decisions and enterprise growth.



  





What We Need From You: 



* CPA designation required.
* 3+ years of experience in accounting within manufacturing or pharmaceutical industries.
* Expertise in private equity-backed organizations is a strong asset.
* Intermediate proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and advanced functions.
* Working knowledge of SAP and debt financing processes.
* Strong understanding of financial operations in Canada, the U.S., and international markets.
* Demonstrated ability to thrive in enterprise-level, fast-paced environments.
* Experience with growth-driven strategies, including M&A and process improvements.
* Collaborative mindset with excellent communication and analytical skills.
