Job Description Position: NPI-Engineer Experience: 2-4 Years Qualification: Diploma / BE (ECE/EEE) or equivalent You must have any or a combination of any of the following skills: * Experienced in PCBA Assembly End to End Process with wide knowledge of SMT, THT, Manual assembly, Conformal coating process, Mechanical Press-fit . * Good knowledge on IPC standards to effectively define and execute qualification of new product development. * Experience in Change Mangement and release management across the system and product. * Ability to apply basic Quality tools, DoE, PFMEA, 8D Functional Analysis of the needs. * Review PCB Gerbers able to apply DFM, DFA, DFF (Design for Board Assembly) on New Product Development. * Interact product designers for on time execution of both product pilot and mass production. * Enable Part Development with supplier endure to OTOP, PPAP, APQP process. * Experienced in Manufacturing Process Line Setup for Modular Builds and Box Build Assembly’s. * Work with a cross functional team to stakeholders provide support required to deliver on time, quality and function Skills: npiv,npi management,new product implementations,product development
