Job Description

We are seeking an Import/Export Coordinator for our Government Sales and Services team at Hanjin Intermodal America, Inc. at Gardena, California.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Arrange Domestic / International work orders
* Manage work order and follow-up with both Domestic / International agents
* Review/audit vendor invoices and update accordingly
* Submit payment request for payment to the vendor in a timely manner
* Responsible for daily logistics operation to handle Department of Defense shipments
* Provide customer service to clients via telephone and email
* Track, trace, and update shipment data through tracing system
* Manage account payable by registering invoice, submit payment request, and track payment status
* Handle and resolve various complaint and claim from the customers
* Other tasks assigned by upper management

Requirements:

* Fluent in Korean and English Language
* Ability to work diligently, independently and work well with others
* Ability to keep a level head and outstanding problem-solving
* Ability to organize and handle multiple tasks responsibly
* Ability to be detail-oriented

Salary: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Education:

* Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

* Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
* Logistics: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

* English (required)
* Korean (Preferred)
