Besides the satisfaction that we bring our customers every day, our work has been recognised by Safran (Digital Transformation Award) and Microsoft (scale-up of the year). ### Job Description Join the Product and Engineering team at Pelico to help build the "Waze for manufacturing”: a platform providing real-time insights and guidance to optimize decision-making in manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate must have strong problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to delivering solutions that meet customer needs and support team success. What you'll do & learn * Implementation of new features in Pelico’s tech stack + Gain Hands-on experience with Kotlin, Python, Alembic for database migrations, Git, PostgreSQL, GraphQL + Learn best practices in feature development and collaborate closely with senior engineers + Write and develope unit tests using Kotest and Pytest to ensure robustness and reliability. * Actively participate in technical specification sessions with the team + Develop skills in system integration, learning how different components of a complex system interact. * Collaborate within the squad in an agile environment, participating in daily stand-ups, groomings, and retrospectives. * Build knowledge of the aeronautical and industrial supply chain domains ### ### Preferred Experience *Pelico promotes inclusion and non-discrimination, and acts daily in favour of social mix, gender equality, senior citizens & disability.* Requirements * Experience in Kotlin or Java * English (French is not necessary) * Strong Problem-Solving Skills * Ownership and Outcome-Oriented Mindset: Take full ownership of tasks, from conception to delivery, by questioning initial specifications, suggesting improvements, and ensuring the final outcome provides meaningful value * Team Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively within a team and with cross-functional teams. About You * You’re a proactive problem solver who loves finding the best solutions. * You take ownership of your work; you’re not afraid to challenge specs and suggest better ways to do things. * You enjoy working with others and collaborating across teams.
