Laat jouw talent schitteren Als onze nieuwe winkelmanager, werkzaam in het luxe retailsegment, ben jij eindverantwoordelijk voor het behalen van onze verkoop doelstelling en het creëren van onvergetelijke klantervaringen. Dit Betekent Onder Andere * een voorbeeld te zijn voor jouw team en een ambassadeur te zijn voor het merk Rituals; * samenwerken met jouw areamanager om de doelen voor sales en KPI’s te bepalen en te verbeteren; * het ontwikkelen van maandplannen (inclusief een optimale bezetting) op basis van productiviteitsdoelstellingen; * zorgen dat de winkeladministratie op rolletjes loopt (kassacontrole, verzuim, urenregistratie, voorraad, gezond- & veiligheid, winkelonderhoud). Ook beheer je de winkelbudgetten (waaronder de onkosten en productiviteit) en werk je de financiële resultaten bij; * het team te coachen, hun welzijn en betrokkenheid te stimuleren door regelmatig 1-op-1 gesprekken te voeren. Je weet hoe je een connectie maakt met jouw team en organiseert teammeetings om successen te vieren en te reflecteren op mogelijke groeipunten en ontwikkelingen. En Daarbij Heb Je * minimaal 3 jaar leidinggevende ervaring met eindverantwoordelijkheid, bij voorkeur in retail of commerciële hospitality omgevingen; * people management skills (je kunt als de beste communiceren, verbinden, motiveren, coachen en inspireren); * aantoonbare ervaring met het delen van kennis om gedragsverandering te stimuleren en anderen te laten groeien; * een talent voor besluitvorming en probleemoplossing.
