 We are looking for a Store Manager for our two stores in Amsterdam.
   

  

* You are responsible for the daily operations, including sales- and budget-responsibility
* You motivate, support and lead your team
* You are the best salesperson yourself and lead by example
* You are responsible for the optimal scheduling of your team
* You take over the goods management for the store


Your profile
* Your are interested in design and interior decoration
* You already have experience with ceramics and home accessories (an advantage). In any case, you will receive an introduction to the Motel a Miio concept and range
* You have a strong sense of service orientation as well as excellent interpersonal skills combined with an open personality
* You enjoy working with high quality products
* You are characterized by the ability to work in a team, a forward-looking way of thinking and initiative
* You have good IT/MS Office skills and are fluent in speaking and writing English
